The same model number of the transmission doesnt always mean that it will fit. The transmission can have the same internal parts, but different cases with different bellhousings. The old turbo 400...

If it came out of a 98 Grand Prix with a SC 3800, the bellhousing is for a 90 degree V-6. The 3400 is a 60 degree V-6. So without an adapter plate, it will not bolt directly to a 3400.

There are only two different length pushrods. The exhaust and intake. The exhaust are the longer ones!

My tire pressure is also at 40 psi. The 19 mpg was half city driving. Has anyone actually ever seen a first hand increase in gas mileage after installing an aftermarket air filter kit?

I just got 19 city and highway and was dissapointed. Just wanted to see what everyone else was getting. Was hoping for a little better mileage.

Just wondering what kind of gas mileage you guys get on your 3400's. I believe mine is sub par. Also, does anyone know how many gallons of gas a 99 2dr Alero holds? Thanks
