Question Flex plate bolts

Yesterday I was diagnosing a no-start on my car, I found the nice suprise of a flexplate bolt that had backed itself out and lodged itself between the starter and the flex plate causing the starter...

yes, they are lighter, but the smaller the rim= the larger the sidewall area... the smaller sidewalls that you would have on a 17 inch rim would allow the car to handle much better
