got 2 problems

sooo i have a problem. if i drive too long or too rough the car makes a big bang everytime it shifts gears or when i put it in park and take it out, i really dont know what the problem is can someone...

i bought a head unit and hooked it up to the wiring harness all the wires are where there supposed to be it wont work tho the cd will go in and out can someone tell me if i should get a new wiring...

it might be the wiring harness maybe a bad ground thats what was wrong with my car but it was in a front end collision i got my car from my grandfather. he owns a bodyshop he bought it from the lady...
