Then its your ignition module. The module still work fines but when its cold you have to crank more then once correct. If so then i suggest having your ignition module tested. It'll still start but sometimes the Ig-mod doesn't provide enuff spark on startup. Normal problem with the twin cam.

not necesarilly, theres been a thread that out fuel pumps need priming before you start it, ive noticed it especially if you just drove it turned it off and came back a few minutes later and went to start it, there are other occasions but thats generaly it, what a lot of us do is turn the ignition on but dont start the car, let the pump prime for like 5 seconds(enough time to put ur seatbelt on).......that should solve the problems most of the time, i change my fuel filter around every 12-15,000 miles, the book says something like 50, but when i do at 15,000 i definately notice a difference.......and id recomend that to everyone, it aint too hard either......
