I'm not totally sure how/if you can 'fix' your doors.. but you could try a small amount of alcohol or thinner on a cotton ball or a towell you don't like and just lightly go over the parts that aren't dry. It should take off a bit of the paint. Just don't go rubbing like crazy, but if you can get most of the paint off, that will be better to start over with. Once you do that, go get all the vynil dye you need (buying all at once should reduce the chances of getting different dye-lots) and read the entire label before starting. Prep the surface how it says and you should be fine.
