your stock calipers are fine.

I'd just like to chime in and say that my rotors, pads and calipers were all replaced under my 3-year warranty back in July. The warranty runs out like this month, so I guess I dodged an expensive bullet on that one Anyways all that aside, when the rotors get hot, it transfers that heat to the pads and then to the calipers. The calipers go through heating and cooling cycles just like the rotors and can warp as well. Warped calipers will cause pulsating problems even on new rotors because they arent pushing the brake pad against the rotor properly. Just something to think about before you buy the most expensive rotors you can find and then discover you still have the problem

Ceramic pads will likely help this issue as well because they retain more heat than organic or semi-metallic ones, thus limiting heat transfer to the calipers.
