The only way you can do front, rear, and sub would be to run y cable rca's off the rear output so you can have both your 6x9's and subs off that pre-out. Though the only control you'll have for your subs is on the amp. The ideal is having a sub pre-out (3 pre-outs) for better control. As far as the power wires...you should run a main back to a distribution block from the battery, and from there run your power wires to your amps! Otherwise make sure there is an in line fuse for both power wires going to the battery!
