I'd run the 4 channel off the front pre-out, sub amp off the rear. You should have independant gains on your 4 channel for the front and rear channels, set the rear channel gain at a level that's decent for some fill. The benefit of this is to use the fader on your deck to adjust the bass level via the rear channel pre-out, which level you'd want to crank more often than you would the rear speaker level.

Put an in-line fuse within 12" on your power wire from the battery, distribution block in the back to give both amps some juice. Fused distribution blocks in the back are extra protection, the rating on the fuse close to the battery should be higher than the ones on the dist. blocks so it doesn't go first.

You'd have to be working with some serious juice to requie 0aug, what are you running?
