pretty sure there's a recall or at least a tsb out on the blower motor not working on the lowest 2 settings, if i can remember correctly and sorry if i'm wrong cause i'm tired, but its the blower motor resister. as for the rear defrost, there's a little box back there in your pillar which is probably the culprit
