It's very hard to see the whole setup with the fuzzy pix. I would measure where to cut a hole for the fogs then unbolt the fogs. Slide the mesh grill over the fogs and install as normal, then re-install the fogs. Not sure where you have the fogs mounted on the bumper. Hope that is of some help.
