tools you'll need for bumpers:
flathead screwdriver (for the little plastic clips)
socket wrench
not sure about the rockers. I never had to deal with them.
and fitment means exactly what you think it means. good fitment means the kit fits the way it's supposed to. if you have bad fitment, you will need an experienced person to alter it to fit well. Preferably a professional.
