Traction causing tranny to "slip"?

I had a long write up on this but lost it

ABS/Trac off lights are intermittent now for the past few months, front bearings are relatively new though. The light trigger sometimes from a stop, from a slight roll, highway etc..

Occassionally from a stop or slight roll, and audible little pop from the front end can be heard and the light generally follows, also from a roll.

Also though, on the road from 20 mph on the car will sometimes almost "slip" , not always at a shift point either. As soon as it does the lights are triggered as well, then there are no driveability problems after.

I can practically trigger the same scenario if I give the car a little extra while cruising. It's the strangest thing.

I've checked the calipers and pins and they all slide easy. Is it possible a bad wheel sensor is actually triggering the tranny to slow the wheel on just one side and cause this result. I don't know what's even possible hehe.

Thanks in advance, I'll have the car up and apart again soon
