Problem with Sunroof Fuse

Update: I have since replaced the sunroof switch(12.00 bucks from the dealer). It worked fine one day, and the next stopped, then started working again the next day. I got the diagram from alldata, and it looks like the sunroof grounds to the rear passenger shelf, on ground point g402 I believe, It looks like everything back there is connected firmly. Yesterday at lunch=no sunroof, dinner time at home in the driveway=working sunroof. I am guessing this is a shorted wire or connector somewhere but really don't feel like spending hundreds to troubleshoot this wire at a shop. Any other suggestions?

First, I want to say HI and this is a great site, I have learned a lot just from you guys. So here is my issue, any help would be greatly appreciated.

About 5 months ago we had a terrible terrible rainstorm. I went to the Alero and it did not start, I had radio and wiper an power windows, but would not start. I checked the fuse box(thanks to some of the folks on here) and sure enough it was drenched. I cleaned out each fuse and contact and applied dilelectric grease to them, waited a few hours and still nothing. Had it towed to a shop where the next morning it started fine, passed the charging tests etc. I stopped it from happening again by the dreaded plastic bags shoved in the dash and under the fuse box. I have not had it happen again, but now anytime I try and open the sunroof the fuse blows. Actually any time I turn the key to the "on" position, the fuse pops, however when I hold the sunroof switch to close I can start it without it blowing. I have popped the switch in the headline and tested the resistance and voltage going through it, everything seems ok.

It seems like I have ran into a lot of the issues with this car as many of you, the wheel bearings, rotors, blower motor, defogger relay etc. This is my second alero, and the first one was fine until the ex totaled it. Any help will be super appreciated.

thanks.
