I made it myself. Basically, once it was done, I took an old cloth, pulled it through, and got the shape I liked. After that I taped the cloth in place underneath the hard piece, and began to tape up the cloth to make it as clean as possible. Once I liked where the shape was, I cut those pieces. With the last final cut done on the cloth, I lined it up on some vinyl I purchased, cut them to match, sewed them up, and glued/stapled the shift bag in.
