Well... if you really want to do it, which I don't recommend, its not that hard. Parking brake it, put it into drive, and floor it with the traction control off and wheels turned slightly. My car launched forward when I tried that once, but it might work for you

Oh, and burning rubber does just that. It kills your tire life. I did a burnout at the track and regretted it later lol shredded tire in my wheel well.
