yeah, with lowering springs, you don't really need to worry about camber problems, but with coilovers, I would definately get a camber kit. I have 18x8 rims with 235/40/18 tires, and it is pretty close to rubbing, but it never does. I would imagine if I moved up to 245 in the front, it would rub. You can probably do 245 in the rear but stick with 235 in the front.
