That don't make no sense to me. What happens when you get your factory wheels rotated? I'm pretty sure they just take your front wheels and put them on the back. I don't think they take the tires off of the rims to mount them to the back rims and vis-versa.
I have not heard that the front and rear bores are different on N-Body cars, but I guess it is possible. It should be 70.3 for both front and rear.
Also if that is true, when you rotate your tires they can rotate the wheels but leave the hubcentric rings where they are.
