Strange Noise....

Ok, so the other day i get in my car first thing in the morning to head to work. I'm just going along, not speeding or being agressive(sp), when i notice this sound, i guess its kinda like a hollow humm that goes with engine rpm, and I can really hear it when i slow down. It doesn't change when i make turns, just when i accelerate and decelerate. I don't think its the transmission..though it sounds like it, but I don't have any kind of slipping or anything abnormal. I'm thinking maybe this is a wheel bearing?

If it is that, its cool, I've got a brand new timkin bearing ready to go in..I just hope if this is a bearing, that its not one with a good sensor (my abs and trac off lights are on which indicate bad wheel sensor, I'm hoping its the same bearing thats throwing those "codes")

If its not a bearing, would anyone have any other suggestions? If i can get a clip of the sound on here I certainly would post it. Thanks
