ok dont listen to that guy, i will inform you about fresh paint, if the clear is baked at 140-160 degrees, and then cooled down for 1 hour, the clear can be waxed with out a problem , that is according to PPG
if the clear is not baked, then the full cure time is 90 days, if the painter put flex agent in the clear for the bumpers, flex agent evaporates, after 30 days
so you wash the car, but use a poilsh, not a wax on fresh paint, next time ask if the clear was baked on, you will find your answer above

my question is why doesnt the bumper have the indentation for the o lds embalm??? if this is only a week old, take a flat wide scraper and slowly get one side loose and then have you heat gun ready to heat up the tape , pull it off, i would use ppgs dx440, instead of those other products, its safer, stronger, and i know for a fact it wont eat through no paint job
and the lower radiator deflector, though it may look useless, it actually does a purpose of feeding cold air onto the radiator, and what other pieces are you talking about that dont look right
