nope a jack and stands help no welding required

just take off the old and bolt on the new. if you can get the cat and down pipe to and do it all at once. the cat bolt could be a pain I jnst sawzalled mine off. I also suguest a new o2 sensor to if you get the old one out take it back. mine was bad I think (420 code) it could be that the cat so I did all new F' it.

mine hits the tunnel a little but I tucked it way up. I am lowered so I want the clearance.
