I just had my first one done... and the car's almost 7 years old. Thank goodness it didn't cause any damage, and I had caught it early. I just wish GM did a recall to fix this rather than sit on their hands and watch as their customers have a major repair on their agenda. It was a recallable issue that should have been addressed.
