similar. we have passlock. its a step above chip in key systems. i can't explain exactly how it works, but the info is on site somewhere.
and for all those other parts, i'm no engine guy, so i really don't have a clue as to what exactly your looking for.
i know milzymotorsports.com makes parts for the 3.4L... i'm not sure who does for the 2.4
