nah, its one of the easier fixes for our cars. all you do is take the old one off and throw the new one on. but be careful you put it on the right direction, as the last one i put on i put on backwards, so now when i push down on my switch it goes up and vise versa. but just get the whole regulator/motor assembly and throw it on, takes about 45 min total...
