Yeah they are very time consuming. I started this project in late February, and this is as far as it is, and only one headlight is this far. I haven't even pulled the other one apart yet. Then again I also haven't worked on it since probably early April. I took those pics a couple minutes before I posted them that day.

There aren't any brackets that hold it in. I had to cut out the middle of the reflector housing to fit the projector housing through. If you look at the pics you can see screws in all four corners of the projector body. All I did was drill holes for the screws in the housing, run the screws through the holes and tighten a nut down on the screw to the the whole projector in place.

No pics of them installed because I didn't install them yet. I need to cut a small circle in the frame where the headlight mounts since the bulb mount sticks further out the back of the headlight than stock.
