I just went through my pins beinging seized. One on each side and all it did was cause my pads to wear down really fast and uneven. If it is indeed the pins seizing they make a kit to replace the caliper clips and the pins and pin boots. That would be the way I would go as long as the brake piston is good. It's a bitch to get them out but if you know some one with a torch, have them heat them up and it will pop right out. Once its out its a piece of cake, but DO NOT and I will repeat this because it is do important...DO NOT ring the head of the pin off because you will have screwed yourself in the behind with no lube. Don't forget the high heat grease when putting the new pins in, and wha la fixed. I don't have to tell you about having to get the new pads.
