the eurodesignz 6000K HID is not an HID conversion kit, nor is it HID, just marketed to sell that way.

should be legal in most states, some states hassle you for any blue tint in your lights, but i'm not sure if they can ticket you for it. no problems in ky, tn, and co thus far. [/b][/quote]
but are these bulbs brighter then the SILVERSTARS???? and if so is it a big diff?
