kinda a dumb question... but...
i have 15" stock rims right now. If i got sprint springs (for example) and 18" rims... the body of the car will drop 2" but the rims will raise it another 3? Obviously this closes the wheel gap, but i'm just wondering how much lower the actual bottom of the car is, as compared to stock. It seems (from my logic) that the actual body of the car, will be 1" higher with that kinda setup...
(my logic behind NOT getting springs has always been, that i currently have "bottoming out" issues in many parts of the local area, so lowering would only make things worse)
or am i completely dellusional like usual.
