it's a bitch, if you are stuck in the ghetto, in the pooring rain, with the stock scissors jack, in a gravel parking lot.......

and in a proper shop it is still a pain in the butt,

if you do attempt it, or even pay someone to do it, make sure your gas tank is damn near empty, you back or the shop will thank you, a happy mechanic won't charge as much time for a job,

i would guesstimate a shop shoud charge 2-4 hours to change a fuel pump, stealership 3-8.....
