A word of advice. Stay away from all of the indash changers. We service the GM 3 and 6 disk changers. They have more mechanical problems than any other Head unit we do. The loading mechanism has a tendancy to drop the cd in the back as it tries to transfer between the discs. The aftermarket indash changers aren't any better. There are only two decks made. One is made by Fujitisu and supplies to most OEM, Eclipse lines, and pioneer. The other is produced by Nachamichi. I can't comment on the Nachs but the Fujitsu changers introduce alot of noise into the HU and must be placed at a perfeclty horizontal angle. If they are tilted at all, the discs will jam. The idea is good, but it just does not work. This is why most of the aftermarket manufacturers have been dropping them from there productions. Stick with a trunk mount and you will be much happier. I had a pioneer in my trunk for a year. I hated that the laser would fog up in the cold. There was about a month that it was compleately unusable. I finaly placed it in the back seat just to have the music. I would probably go with under the passenger seat next time around.
