about the cruise...the same thing happened to me. if you take the cruise pod cover off and are looking directly at the clear button assembally you should see a small pin sticking out where a VERY VERY small 3 prong wheel should be...go to the junk yard and see if you can find one, put it on the pin, and that will solve your problem
