I think I better explain it again for clarification.

1. You are cutting the yellow passlock II wire that runs to the ignition cylinder..I think it is run with the black wire to the ignition cylinder.
2. You are going to wire a toggle switch in between the yellow wire..so that on is the same as the wire connected and off is the same as the wire cut.
3. Once you get that done now you can put the car into fail/enable ( what this means is that the car sees a connection problem and therefore turns the security light on but enables you to start the car) you do this by starting the car with the switch in the on position, then count say 10 seconds and flip the switch to the off position..the red security light will come on.
4. Now turn the car off and restart it...it should start right up, but the red security light will be light.
5. Piece of cake!
