NO this is not correct! Just take out your original gauges and then plug in the new gauge cluster. Once you plug it in, it will automatically read the cars computer and set the gauges, or at least it should. As stated from "Monkey Man" (LOL), if you pull the needles off and put them back on without marking the spot first, then you are pretty much done for.
