I'd go with what you like the most, not with what will be the easiest.

I'm not trying to convince you to buy the same one I did, but if you really do like it more, go for it.

Head units are generally pretty easy to install, you just have to take your time and make sure you understand what you're doing and you'll end up with some very professional looking work.
