it doesnt look that bad, usally scuffs like this i try the easiest way first which would be taking laquer thinner to get off what ya can, dont worry it evaporates instantly and keep rubbing see what comes off

if nothing, then i would do this, wet sand with 1500, going lightly and stoping to see how much of the marks are coming off, if you have a buffer then you buff out the area, if all the marks are gone and ya have just a small scrape left

you can touch it up, lightly sand with 2000, touch it up, let ie dry, lightly sand, apply more touch up paint, apply touch up clear, sand it again, apply more clear then buff

thats a cheap easy fix
