AXLE is on a distinguished road
I replaced the manifold gaskets shortly after I got it, at about 52K.
I find it hard to believe it's a vacuum leak/unmetered air unless you consider the fact that a stuck open IAC is unmetered air. It's idles and runs fine, but after about 15 to 20 minutes on the highway I can notice the car will no longer slow down much when I let off the gas. If there is traffic I'll shut the motor off when I come to a stop because I'm fighting it with the brake pedal, and it's about 1500 RPM in nuetral. Re-start it and usually there is no change, so I do it again and the idle comes down to 700 RPM.

A vacuum leak would be pretty much a problem 100% of the time and I just can't see how it could be effected by me simply re-starting the motor. I just now replaced the IAC and if the problem persists I'll check for a vacuum leak.
Thanks for the suggestions.
Oh, and what the hell is "live data numbers"?
