That HU puts out 15x4 PEAK, they don't even list the RMS, so RMS would be around 5w x4, NO WAY IN HELL would I trust a inline converter with that HU.
Go buy a real HU, like a pioneer with 3 pre outs (front,back, and sub). Look at it this way, I would rather wait all year to save up the money I need to build a good system then just getting it all out of the way all at once and being unhappy with what I have.
That 12v acc port that you want to wire random things to is always hot, don't do it.
