If you're talking about the strip next to the windshiled, just replace the entire thing. I got one at a junkyard for $10, and it's a cake.

Open door
take rubber door seal off (it's not glued)
notice the 3 screws in the "A" pillar, undo them.
take old strip out.
put new strip in place.
reverse order to reassemble

Don't bother gluing this piece, the only thing you'll succefully do, is make a mess. Trust me, I did
