If you seriously want to do exhaust and intake. The cheapest way to do the intake is to get a 96-98 civic short ram intake. They have the right bends. You have to cut a small piece of metal for the piping to go around your battery and into the fenderwell. Then just buy a good kn filter for the end of it. Your best bet for exhaust would be to just go to an exhaust shop and have them bend you a new one with an aftermarket muffler, most people recommend flowmaster, but I personally like magnaflow. The exhaust will be crush bent most likely, 2.5" but it will be better than stock.

Also keep all your stock stuff (in your attic, garage, where ever) so that you can return it too stock if you ever want to......
