you couldn't force me to buy one if you held a gun to my head...this is one of the biggest lemon cars I have ever seen. Keep in mind that the car you are looking at is from the time period when dodge was known for their consistently failing powertrains and any of them that I have know of have fit very well into the mold. If it is what you like go for it but I still say that a 5 speed alero is a much better car for less money.
