Eibach springs.. 1.2 inch drop roughly.. Site says different but its around 1.2 also search google for these if you want em, should be able to find them cheaper.

H&r is around 250$ish.. Can't find the drop specs.. Google search "grand am h&r springs" for 99-05 it's the same car basically.
