Iirc, for 4ohm you jumper the negative on one voice coil to the positive on the other. Then take the two terminals left, and hooked them up to the amp. It should have all this in the manual that came with the sub.
As for connecting to the terminals inside the box, you'll need terminal connectors, for these just go to local auto parts store, and the can point you in the right direction.
What amp do you have, and is it mono?
