Actually the 4 point harness is on correctly, along with the harness bar. Here is a professional explaining how to do it...
The harness bar is bolted into the correct spots. Heres another car with one, also has his belts tucked away.
4:49 is when he tells you what to do with the extra webbing. And 3:03 to 3:30 is what i did EXACTLY with my belts. So its in correctly.
