If anything it would be like removing a windshield ... go to a shop and ask them for a tip... usually they use a straight edge or exacto knife to cut it out... then once the lenses are off clean out the rest of the epoxy do your thing and re-epoxy to seal...:
as far as i know anyone who has done tails has just taken broken sets or smashed the lenses and use lexan for replacements after creating a mold for the lexan
