I have my upper manifold painted but I bought a P&P from RSM racing.

It's a real PIA to remove the upper. You will have to remove the coil and maybe the front set of plug wires. It will also have to be sealed up with a head gasket sealer and the engine pressure will have to be restored.

If you do decide to do this, put a small amount of tape over the holes and tube connecters and ramove after painting. You don't what to get paint on the wrong thing
