Firewall is easy...right below the steering column is a gray grommet, slice that and run the cable thru that. And no, it doesn't fit under the door trim...but if you put it right next to it under the carpet and run it under the seat, you can never see it.

Under the center console would be a pain in the ass, cause the rear of the console is pretty flush with the floor of the car.

I have 0/1 gauge wire in my car, so I know the pain you are going thru.
