For anybody who reads this freakin' far...
I cleared my corners today and OMFG! Apparently somebody had already opened the headlights up for some reason or another and when they put them back together they used aprox 600 tubes of silicone

. Sure there were no leaks but holy hell it was a nightmare!
I had a nasty time at first too with those tabs- were they super glued?? I found out quick enough just to hold the hair dryer right up to em for a good min & 1/2 then use an exacto... on the second headlight, however it wasn't glued it was siliconed in place so after that long under the heat it was practically boiling. OUCH! :wah: It dripped all down into the clear housing and was a PITA to clean it.
Thank God you only do it once!
