hey mike, i picked one up at pepboys, 14" "cellualar" type. looks like im going to have to splice into the existing antenna, i dont have enough to run it all the way up front to the radio, nor do i want to (they look like rg59 anyways)

1 question though, its the "through glass" type, both ends just stick to the glass...does it have to be on glass? i wanted to put it on the part of glass that has the black paint stuff on it, the top part (in the middle) is that where you put yours?

oh btw, after i put it on, i was driving on the highway and got this crappy horrible whistle, then it just stopped so i thought it flew off...but it was still there....i almost pulled over to see if it was still up there....lol
