yup it does.......ask silent about weight issue lol......and at about 100lbs i dont think you need to worry about a brake issue.....thats just like having that 2nd person in your car all the time, a really hot skinny chick to be more specific haha.....but ofcourse you will notice it acceleration wise, brake wise i dont think you will notice and mpg you may notice a tiny bit.......but as far as thinking you need to do a brake upgrade just for that you dont hafta......
