anyone wanna let me in on this???

I've been hearing that the fabric paint you can get at Autozone doesn't last or looks crappy... I did a trial paint job on a little bit of my interior and it's looking pretty good, but someone told me to glass it???? Just wanted to know what that is and how to do it... If you have a good link that explains it and gives instructions on how to do it, I would love to have it.

Also, how expensive will it be??? and what should I use for the top part of the interior???

you buy sheets of glass and glue it ontop of your dash. then paint it.

glassing it = fiberglass = very hard to explain how to do well on a message board. In fact, it's so hard, there are courses in college that teach how to do such a thing. Some people are naturals and can do it well without the schooling though.

I know all of the showcase threads were deleted but if violentrapture ever posts up some pics again check out his interior. I'm sure others on here have done it but he's the only one I can think of right now
