On Thursday I got a new driver side front wheel hub installed. Drove it about 50 km (30 miles) in one day before i started hearing a clicking noise coming from the front of the car whenever i turned the wheel and driving slowly (under 40km/h i guess). The clicking was excessive at one point - but by the next day (Saturday), the clicking was almost gone.

It was a rapid clicking that I could sometimes feel in the steering wheel.

Did the wheel hub need to be 'worn in' or something?? But anyways - i still hear a single click, but very rarely.

Any thoughts on what is going on? If i can reproduce the click on demand, gonna take it back to the shop where i got the hub installed and ask them to take a look.

As far as the clicking: pull the wheel off & look at the Hub sensor. There is a piece of metal that protrudes (part of the wheel sensor) it may have gotten bent in towards the rotor causing the clicking. If so, bend back just till it no longer contacts the Rotor.
